Opperiq

A multi-tenant operating system for field workforces.

Problem

Field-operations companies run attendance, scheduling, fleet, and payroll across spreadsheets, radios, and disconnected point tools. Managers can't see where crews are, whether tasks were actually completed, or whether expense claims are legitimate — and none of it scales past a handful of clients without a proper multi-tenant foundation.

Solution

Opperiq is an end-to-end multi-tenant SaaS platform with a companion React Native mobile app that gives every tenant its own isolated workforce operation: employee and manager hierarchies, live GPS tracking, geofenced attendance, shift scheduling, task and workflow management, fleet and vehicle maintenance, payroll, finance, and role-based dashboards, all under one architecture.

Kafoo

Loyalty rewards from a tax invoice, with zero POS integration.

Problem

Loyalty programs in Saudi retail and restaurants usually mean new POS hardware, cashier retraining, or physical stamp cards — all friction that small and mid-size merchants can't easily absorb, and all points of failure for fraud.

Solution

Kafoo turns the ZATCA-compliant QR code already printed on every Saudi tax invoice into the loyalty mechanism: a customer scans their invoice and automatically earns points or stamps, with no POS integration, new hardware, or cashier workflow changes required.

Problem

Many small and mid-size businesses already run customer communication through WhatsApp informally, with no structured way to track feedback, promotions, or repeat engagement — and no dashboard for owners to see what's happening across branches.

Since April 2025, additionally serving as Project Coordinator on the Alinma Bank Data Center Tier IV project — coordinating technical deliverables and documentation across engineering, subcontractor, and client teams, and tracking contractual milestones and correspondence.
Built internal automation tools for construction workflows, including AI-assisted document classification and routing (Aconex & SharePoint), automated extraction of MIR/WIR review comments into structured Excel reports, and log-reconciliation tooling for missing records.

Diagnosed a CoreText font-fallback bug breaking Arabic text rendering on iOS only in Kafoo's bilingual UI — a platform-specific rendering issue, not a logic bug.

About

Engineer, product builder, founder, coordinator.

My work has moved in a fairly deliberate direction: from writing code inside someone else's architecture, to designing that architecture myself, to owning the business relationship around it.

That progression is why I don't describe myself as just a developer. On a given week I might be designing a multi-tenant data model, debugging a platform-specific rendering bug, scoping a client proposal, and reconciling document logs on a Tier IV data-center program — often in the same day.

What ties it together is ownership. Whether it's a SaaS platform I'm building at NOVIQ Solutions or automation tooling for an enterprise construction program at MMR, I work from architecture through to the thing actually running in production, and I stay close to the business problem it's solving.
